Order Cancellation

To ensure a smooth delivery experience for both restaurants and customers, EatRally allows order cancellations within the first minute of placing an order. Orders cannot be cancelled after one minute due to restaurant preparation times and courier allocation.

For order cancellations within the first minute, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you need to cancel an order after one minute, please contact EatRally customer support for assistance. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but a cancellation fee may apply.

The pictures may not match the actual food's image. You can ask restaurant if you have any queries related to your foods. Orders can't be cancelled for this reason.
